Zipper Mail for teams
Email for your entire company
Verify your domain, create professional email addresses for your team, and manage everything from one dashboard. DKIM, SPF, DMARC, and BIMI auto-configured.
How it works
Get your team on Zipper Mail in 3 steps
1. Add your domain
Enter your company domain (e.g., yourcompany.com). We generate the DNS records you need to add — SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, and BIMI.
2. Verify DNS records
Add the TXT and MX records to your DNS provider. Our dashboard verifies them automatically. Once verified, your domain is ready.
3. Create team mailboxes
Create email addresses for your team (john@yourcompany.com, support@yourcompany.com). Each mailbox gets its own webmail login.
Dashboard
Manage everything from one place
The corporate dashboard gives you full control over your team email infrastructure.
Domain management
Add, verify, and manage multiple domains. View DNS records, check verification status, and renew DKIM keys.
Mailbox administration
Create, suspend, or delete mailboxes. Set display names, storage limits, and forwarding rules for each team member.
DNS configuration
Copy-paste ready DNS records for SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX, and BIMI. Verify propagation with one click.
Security & compliance
Enforce password policies, enable MFA, view audit logs, and manage API keys for SMTP and send APIs.
Usage analytics
Track sent/received volume, storage usage, and spam stats across all team mailboxes.
Shared webmail access
Team members sign in to the same webmail client you know, with their company email address.
